Time surges forward, and our endeavors never cease. The year 2026 has quietly arrived. We, the Leadshine team greet the new year with passion and aspiration. On behalf of the Leadshine Board of Directors, I would like to extend my sincerest New Year wishes to every Leadshine colleagues who have worked diligently and strived tirelessly. My deepest gratitude and respect also go to our global customers for their long term support and trust, to our industry chain partners who stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us, and to the families of our employees who have provided unwavering support behind the scenes!
2025 was a year of stabilization at a low point for the motion control industry, and also a year of accelerated growth and visibly effective reforms for Leadshine. Together, we achieved accomplishments worthy of pride:
▪ This year, Leadshine Group's sales revenue accelerated quarter by quarter, reaching a new historic high for the 28th consecutive year, significantly outpacing both the industry's growth rate and GDP growth! The humanoid robot business showed signs of explosive growth. For instance, Leadshine's frameless motor sales increased by 20 times, far surpassing domestic and even global peers.
▪ This year, Leadshine's new products and technologies achieved repeated successes! The upgraded high-end EL8S series AC servo surpassed the performance benchmark of Japanese competitors; the new generation S-series compact PLC became a blockbuster product, surpassing domestic and international competitors with its powerful 64-axis motion control capability. In the humanoid field, we successfully developed harmonic gear actuators, planetary gear actuators, and dexterous hands with high-, medium-, and low-degree-of-freedom.
▪ This year, Leadshine's organizational and team building successfully embarked on a new round of upgrades! For example: The three major transformation projects—Group Governance, Development Strategy, and Human Resources—progressed in an orderly manner; the "Locomotive" incentive mechanism began to show results; and we successfully established local sales and service teams in Japan, Vietnam, India, Turkey, and more!
Looking back on 2025, every step for Leadshine was filled with challenges, and every achievement was the crystallization of team wisdom and sweat. Thank you to Leadshine colleagues for your hard work! Let's applaud and cheer for ourselves in the midst of our endeavors!
Looking ahead to 2026, we are full of confidence! Although economic and industry growth remains sluggish and competition intensifies, we will focus on five strategic growth opportunities:
1) Replacing global top-tier brands in the high-end market;
2) Helping customers upgrade and reduce costs in the mid-to-low-end market;
3) Multi-path export and global expansion;
4) Tapping the immense potential of channel partners and major clients;
5) Sustained explosive growth of robotics and robotic dogs.
What should we do and how should we do it in the new year?
Facing immense market opportunities and formidable internal and external challenges, we must charge forward with the initiative and pioneering spirit of " Press ahead without waiting for the whip ," striving courageously towards the strategic goal of becoming "the trusted global leader in the motion control industry," and making significant contributions to tens of thousands of equipment customers and all of humanity.
In 2026, we will not only further accelerate business growth but also adopt "Building Strongholds and Fighting Tenaciously, Honing Internal Strengths to Win the Future" as the guiding principle of our annual work, advancing five major tasks:
1) Market Aspect: Unite all forces that can be united; deeply cultivate strategic industries and major clients.
2) Product & Technology Aspect: Benchmark against global top-tier technological standards; and focus on solving "user pain points" to create an ultimate user experience.
3) Management System Aspect: Vigorously promote the construction of "end-to-end" process systems like LTC/IPD/ISC.
4) Leadership Pipeline Aspect: Promote and recruit outstanding talent; heroes are valued by their capabilities, not their origins.
5) Institutional Aspect: Advance the "Gain-Sharing System" to incentivize aggressive organizations and high-performing talents!
What is "Building Strongholds and Fighting Tenaciously"?
"Building Strongholds and Fighting Tenaciously" is a unique strategic philosophy summarized by the late Qing Dynasty military strategist Zeng Guofan through practice. It means "first establish an invincible position, then seek victory"—advancing steadily and consolidating at every step. It may seem "clumsy," but it far surpasses opportunistic shortcuts!
Why "Hone Internal Strengths to Win the Future"?
Market competition in the new era will increasingly rely on the certainty of an enterprise's and an individual's "core competitiveness," rather than the randomness of external opportunities; because even a pig can fly, but it will fall fast, and opportunities soon become fiercely competitive red oceans!
"Internal strengths" are the "protective talisman" against uncertainty, including technological internal strengths, managerial internal strengths, and systemic internal strengths!
Only through the accumulation of internal strengths by both the company and individuals can we ultimately win in the brutal competition!
